Some guests who booked rooms with us through Booking.com have received WhatsApp messages asking for bank details. These messages are a scam and did not come from The Lobster.
Please do not click any links or share your bank details. We will never ask for payment this way. We always take payment in person at check-in.
We’re working with Booking.com to resolve this. Future bookings are safe, and payment will always be taken in person at The Lobster.
